Open the game on GitLab

GitLab access required · Runs on Bun 1.3.11+

Quick start
git clone git@gitlab.com:szabolcsgitlab/cli-game.git
cd cli-game
bun install
bun run play
Do I play this in the browser?

The game runs in your terminal. The scene above uses the game’s artwork, battle animations and number display, with accelerated growth to show how far the numbers can go. Open the game repository and follow the quick-start commands to play the development build.

What do I need to run it?

You need Git, Bun 1.3.11 or newer, and access to the game repository. Compatible terminals show pixel images; other terminals use coloured blocks. You can switch between the two in game.

Does the knight keep progressing while I'm away?

Yes. The game saves your campaign locally and calculates idle progress when you return. You can close your terminal and pick up from your saved game later.
